Need a ride to church?  We'll pick you up!  All you  have to do is let Pastor Andrew know by 4pm on Wednesdays if you need a ride!  You can contact him by phone at (615) 509-0888 or email at awbullard@gmail.com. 

It is very important you download this permission form as well and turn the form into the van driver when he comes to get you.  No form, no ride! 

Just a few rules you should know:

1.  If you get on the van, you must return home on the van!

2.  If you normally ride the van, but cannot make it to Luminocity that evening, notify Pastor Andrew by 4pm on Wednesday!

3.  You must stay in your seat at all times!

4.  Keep your hands to yourself, respect those around you, & keep a positive attitude!

5.  If you bring it and lose it, too bad (so keep those iPods at home)!

6.  Any friends wishing to come along with you, must have their parents' permission!

7.  ALWAYS LISTEN to the youth leaders and OBEY them!
